I am a Red Seal Chef with 30 years of cooking experience behind me. My company, Mind Full of Food, is a full service catering company, fully licensed by NB Public Health, Class 5. Mind Full of Food is a member of The Better Business Bureau, Historic Chatham Business District and The Canadian Federation of Independent Business. It’s also a developing packaged food production company. The Class 5 license gives us the the legal ability to sell our packaged products to the public from our store at Duke and Cunard in Miramichi, as well as for other businesses to sell, both retail and restaurants, cafes, etc. We also sell packaged goods online through our WooCommece Store on this site.
For catering, we can cater for groups of over 200 people easily enough. I have a large van and equipment to transport hot and cold food to any site within four hours of Miramichi, and strategically we go further. Plenty of plateware, cutlery, and servingware. Flexibilty is my strength. Indoors or outdoors, buffet or plated table service, small food/fingerfood/canapés/horsd’ouvres or full, multi-course meals.
