We may charge for travel costs and time if the catering is outside of the Miramichi area. We will be upfront about this, and won’t sneak it into your invoice.
Sometimes we have too much catering going on at once, and may not be able to deliver to your event. In that case, we can discuss whether pickup is a good option for you.
We have plateware and cutlery for up to 350 guests. We have quality Corelle and LaGlint glossy white platewate, and lots of servingware of all kinds for buffet style service. We have quality stainless steel cutlery. We prefer using our plateware and cutlery to disposable in most occasions to offer a more sustainable, and civilzed, service.
We also have plenty of chafing dishes and warmers of various kinds for buffet service. We even have an ice table for use in large cold buffet services.
We do not have wine glasses or any service related to alcoholic products.
Do youNo, we only have things to go on the tables for food service, including salt and pepper shakers, quality paper dinner napkins, water glasses and pitchers. ( I always believed water should be available for free to anyone we serve )

Outside of three months from the event date, we require information about who the hosts/planners are, their contact information and information about the event, the number of attendees, and the general idea of the menu. Generally we only ask for deposits for catering that’s valued over $1000, and we expect that by three months before the event date. Our deposit rate is by default 30% of the pretax amount of the catering. By three months before the event, we will have a formal quote in place.
We accept cash, cheques, and eTransfers of course, and also cards of all kinds. We accept payments online in a few ways, plus we have in person options. We accept payments at Mind Full of Food’s store at 131B Duke Street, Miramichi, and we can sometimes have payment options onsite if arranged for ahead of time.
