Carroll’s Bakery has supplied buns and bread for our locally famous sandwich craft as well as rolls for many, many weddings and events. Additionally, they sell frozen chicken fricot, fish chowder, our hand rolled cabbage rolls and spinach dip.

In addition, they supply the Fresh for Less/Pensez Frais program, providing super-affordable bags of mixed fruits and vegetables to the Miramich region, as well as Blackville, Legacieville, and Red Bank for ten years now.

Although not a locally owned company, the Johnson Street and King George Highway locations have staff that give such great service, I feel they work for me. Johnson Street being two blocks from me makes them a very local source of ingredients!
